Terms of Service

By accessing or using SNOPS, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the interface.

SNOPS is operated as a software interface only. References to “we,” “us,” or “SNOPS” mean the operators of this website and interface, not the PONS protocol itself.

SNOPS provides a non-custodial user interface to interact with publicly available smart contracts (including official PONS V2 on Robinhood Chain). We do not:

• Custody user funds or private keys
• Execute trades on your behalf
• Guarantee the performance or security of any protocol or token
• Act as a broker, exchange, bank, or investment adviser

All transactions are initiated by you through your own wallet and settled onchain according to the rules of the relevant smart contracts and network.

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law and must not use SNOPS if doing so would violate laws that apply to you, including sanctions and securities regulations. You are responsible for compliance in your jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for your wallet, seed phrases, private keys, and devices. We cannot recover access to your wallet or reverse confirmed blockchain transactions.

You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are typically irreversible, that gas fees are non-refundable, and that displayed prices, balances, and estimates may differ from final onchain results.

Tokens launched or listed through the interface are created or traded under protocol rules. SNOPS does not endorse any token, team, or project. Names, images, and social links are provided by users or third-party indexers and may be inaccurate or misleading.

You must not use SNOPS to violate law, infringe intellectual property, engage in fraud, market manipulation, or distribute malware or harmful content.

THE INTERFACE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the interface will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNOPS AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, CRYPTOCURRENCY, OR OTHER DIGITAL ASSETS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE INTERFACE OR ANY ONCHAIN PROTOCOL.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the interface shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or the equivalent, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SNOPS and its operators from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the interface, your onchain activity, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

The interface may rely on third parties (RPC providers, wallet software, indexers, analytics, hosting). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability or policies.

We may modify these Terms or the interface at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes may be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date on this page.
