What to include
- A clear subject line (e.g. “Launch issue”, “Index missing token”, “Partnership”)
- Wallet address (public only — never send seed phrases or private keys)
- Transaction hash and network if the issue is onchain
- Screenshots or exact error text from the interface when relevant
Security
SNOPS will never ask for your seed phrase, private key, or remote access to your wallet. If someone claiming to be SNOPS asks for those, it is a scam.
Onchain & protocol questions
SNOPS is an interface only. Questions about PONS protocol behavior, contract upgrades, or chain-level issues may need to be directed to official PONS or Robinhood Chain channels in addition to (or instead of) this contact address.
