SNOPS
Privacy Policy
This Policy explains how SNOPS handles information when you use snops.site and related interfaces.
Last updated: September 5, 2026
1. Overview
SNOPS is designed as a non-custodial interface. We do not require an account to launch or trade, and we do not hold your private keys. Some limited technical and optional data may be processed so the site can function, improve reliability, and display indexed information.
2. Information we may process
- Wallet addresses you choose to connect via third-party wallet software. Connection is initiated by you; we do not receive your seed phrase or private keys.
- Onchain data that is already public on the blockchain (transactions, token metadata published onchain, balances).
- Token metadata you submit when launching (for example name, symbol, logo URL, social links) so it can be shown in the interface or index.
- Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages requested, which may be collected by hosting or infrastructure providers.
- Local preferences stored in your browser (for example theme preference in localStorage).
3. How we use information
We use information only to:
- Operate and secure the website and API routes
- Display launches, explore lists, and related UI state
- Diagnose errors and prevent abuse
- Respond to messages you send to our contact email
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Third parties
Independent services may process data when you use SNOPS, including wallet providers, RPC nodes, hosting (e.g. Vercel), database/index providers (e.g. Supabase), and analytics if enabled. Their practices are governed by their own policies.
Blockchain networks are public. Transactions you broadcast are visible globally and are outside our control.
5. Cookies & local storage
We may use essential cookies or local storage required for the site to work (for example wallet connection state managed by wallet libraries, or UI theme). You can clear site data in your browser settings.
6. Retention
Server logs and indexed metadata are retained only as long as needed for operation, security, and legitimate business purposes, unless a longer period is required by law.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect systems we control. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure. You remain responsible for securing your wallet and devices.
8. Children
SNOPS is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. International users
If you access the interface from outside the country where our infrastructure is hosted, your information may be processed in other regions. Public blockchain data is globally distributed by design.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Policy.
